A holon is a sequence of acupuncture points to be tapped while thinking of the problem.

Nobody has ever indicated any bad side-effect while tapping his/her problem away.

A catharsis may sometimes happen: it is the liberation of repressed emotions which are expressed suddenly and followed by feelings of relief or freedom. This phenomenon is quite common in hypnosis and is not an indication to stop the treatment.

When treating a craving or a compulsion to a particular type of food you may experience a kind of nausea towards this craving or food, for example a feeling of disgust toward cigarettes, candy...

You run the risk of a relapse if you return too soon to a favourite but toxic food or habit.

When you are treated, be cautious with foods previously declared toxic: do not indulge in a binge! The return of the urge is a sure sign of a relapse! Do not wait, repeat the treatment or call back!

A successful treatment may allow you to share social habits and have the toxic food on social gatherings after a minimum period of four months, and it is strongly recommended that you keep away from the toxin the rest of the time.

Should the slightest symptom return after such a period it would be an indication for the absolute and definitive prohibition of the toxic food.

The self-help treatment is not eligible for insurance reimbursement though it may be offered to you by your corporation or proposed by an insurance company. However nothing prevents you from negotiating an agreement with your insurance company since it would be beneficial for them as well as for you.

Should you be treated before completion of your subscribed VT time, no refund will be discussed.
